The safety and wellbeing of our customers is at the heart of what we do.
We are committed to ensuring that arrangements are in place to deliver a range of Property Compliance Services and provide you with a safe place to live.
Our approach has been to develop a framework of Operational Standards for our core compliance services.
These have been limited to the activities we consider to represent the greatest risk to you and your family.
Our key seven are defined as fire, gas, oil and solid fuels), electrical safety, asbestos, legionella and lifts/lifting equipment.
