Business Administration Apprentice (Resourcing & Apprenticeships)
Closing 17 November 2019
Meet Ali Pennicott
I applied for my apprenticeship, as I was keen to work in a more customer-facing role within the LiveWest. An apprenticeship qualification was a requirement for my role, so I went for it. I have been working for 40 years so I found studying again a bit of a challenge but my apprenticeship has enabled me to work in an area of the company that really interests me and given me confidence in my ability to learn again.
I love working for LiveWest! The training that I have undergone during my apprenticeship has provided me with a real solid foundation for new knowledge, I like knowing that LiveWest are happy to invest in training for all colleagues, once I am qualified, I am really looking forward to using my new skills as a Homeownership and Commercial Officer.
Meet Troy Abraham
I was attracted to apply for my role as an Apprentice Surveyor at Livewest because of their great values. I had researched the organisation before applying and also spoke to colleagues who said it was nice place to work.
My apprenticeship at LiveWest has helped me to develop as a person. I've become more confident since I starting working in such a professional environment. This has also allowed me to become more independent.
Working at LiveWest has allowed me to progress in my career and develop personal skills. It is great that the organisation has supported me in working towards becoming an Associated Member and in the future, I am looking forward to becoming an official chartered surveyor.
