Who do we work with?


We work with people going through difficult transitions, including people who are homeless, leaving care, leaving a psychiatric hospital or dealing with addiction.

Specifically, we support:

  • Families experiencing homelessness.
  • Syrian families.
  • Women, men, and children experiencing or escaping domestic abuse.
  • Young people experiencing homelessness.
  • Young parents and young parents to be.
  • Young people leaving care.
  • People dealing with their mental health.
  • People dealing with alcohol and or drug use.       
  • Older people who want to live independently.
  • People with physical and learning disabilities.


What we do

We provide accommodation and specialist support and advice for individuals with diverse strengths, needs, and aspirations to develop confidence and resilience through a wide range of opportunities. We support our customers to create a personalised support/action plan that recognises their strengths and talents as well as their needs.  

We can:

  • Support people to access the benefits they are entitled and manage their finances (including debt management).
  • Provide tailored support and coaching  to empower an individual’s progress.
  • Provide education, employability and healthy living skills that develop an individual’s potential.
  • Enable people to live safely in their own homes by providing home safety advice and arranging repairs and adaptations.
